How to reach us
Email hello@pompeiiitalytours.com. We answer in English, usually within two working days.
We are a booking guide rather than a tour operator, so we cannot change, cancel or refund a booking — that goes to the operator through the platform you booked on, whose contact details are on your confirmation. If you cannot find them, write to us and we will point you to the right place.
Corrections
If a fact on one of these pages is wrong or has gone out of date, tell us what and where. Ticket prices, opening hours and the park's admission rules all move — the current grades took effect in January and the named-ticket rule is newer than most published guides — and the fastest fix is usually a reader who has just been. Every page carries the date it was last checked.
Operators

The archaeological park

Hours
9:00 to 19:00 from 16 March to 14 October, last admission 17:30. 9:00 to 17:00 from 15 October to 15 March, last admission 15:30. Open every day except 25 December and 1 January.
